We’re looking for Associate HR Business Partners (AHRBPs) to join our global HRBP team. Aligned centrally under our HRBP Enablement team, AHRBPs are embedded within global functions and work alongside HRBPs to operationalize and deliver impactful people programs. Whether it’s managing performance processes, supporting rollout and analysis of employee experience surveys, or supporting compensation planning, you’ll be essential in scaling and elevating the HRBP function at Block.
You’ll gain exposure to high-impact work across the globe, develop technical and strategic skills, and grow through hands-on experience with the support of HRBP mentors and the broader Enablement team. This is a client-facing role where you’ll partner directly with employees and managers to provide coaching and guidance, answer questions, facilitate training, and drive day-to-day HR execution within your client group.
The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, and energized by building. You take ownership of your work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to learn how HR can influence business outcomes. You’re organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities. You’re also someone who sees ambiguity and challenges as opportunities—excited to grow your skills and take on increasingly strategic work over time.
This is a great role for someone who wants to build the fundamental competencies and experiences to eventually develop into a future HRBP. We’re hiring multiple Associate HRBPs to support different parts of the business, all centrally aligned under our HRBP Enablement team for consistency, growth, and impact.
While we are a remote first company, preference will be given to candidates who are based in the PST time zone.

Block takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into one of four zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
