The way growth marketing content gets made is fundamentally changing, and this role puts you at the center of that shift. Cash App is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, AI Creative & Content Systems to own and scale the AI-powered creative and content engine behind one of the most recognized brands in fintech.
You'll design the systems that turn campaign strategy into production-ready paid creative, landing pages, and editorial content faster, smarter, and at a scale that wasn't possible a year ago. This isn't about adding AI to an existing process. It's about reimagining the process entirely: how creative gets briefed, built, tested, and optimized, with agentic AI at the center.
But systems are only as good as the output. You'll need a sharp eye for what makes creative work; the ability to look at an AI-generated ad or article and know instantly whether it's on-brand, compelling, and ready to ship. You'll be both the architect of the production engine and the editor-in-chief of what it produces, ensuring every asset meets Cash App's high bar for creative excellence.
Reporting to the Creative & Content Strategy Lead, you'll work at the intersection of growth marketing, content strategy, and AI systems, collaborating closely with creative strategists, growth marketers, designers, product managers, and engineering. Block takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into one of four zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
