Since we opened our doors in 2009, the world of commerce has evolved immensely, and so has Square. After enabling anyone to take payments and never miss a sale, we saw sellers stymied by disparate, outmoded products and tools that wouldn't work together.
So we expanded into software and started building integrated, omnichannel solutions – to help sellers sell online, manage inventory, offer buy now, pay later functionality, book appointments, engage loyal buyers, and hire and pay staff. Across it all, we've embedded financial services tools at the point of sale, so merchants can access a business loan and manage their cash flow in one place. Afterpay furthers our goal to provide omnichannel tools that unlock meaningful value and growth, enabling sellers to capture the next generation shopper, increase order sizes, and compete at a larger scale.
Today, we are a partner to sellers of all sizes – large, enterprise-scale businesses with complex operations, sellers just starting, as well as merchants who began selling with Square and have grown larger over time. The Role
Squareでは、日本を拠点とする事業開拓マネージャーのもと、日本のセールスチームの一員としてご活躍いただける意欲的な事業開拓担当者を募集しています。Squareは、POSレジからeコマースまで、幅広いビジネスニーズに応えるソリューションを提供しています。当社のeコマースツールは、加盟店のオンライン販売や、歩道でのお持ち帰りや配達をサポートします。携帯電話でのクレジット/デビットカードの処理から、当社の決済プラットフォーム上でのカスタムソリューションの構築まで、加盟店が販売するあらゆる場所であらゆる種類の決済を受け付けるお手伝いをします。当社のPOSアプリは、リアルタイムの販売データと直感的な在庫管理ツール、そしてビジネスの成長に合わせてアプリをカスタマイズできる機能により、加盟店のスマートな販売を支援します。ウェブサイト、既存サイトへの決済統合、トップeコマースプラットフォームとの連携のいずれにおいても、オンライン販売を簡単にします。Squareのハードウェアソリューションであるリーダー、スタンドとターミナルは、加盟店の店内や外出先での素早い商品精算を可能とします。
事業開拓担当者としての役割は、加盟店候補となり得る事業者を特定し、Squareが成長をどのように支援できるかを伝えることです。日本のセールスチームと連携し、Squareのエコシステムに適合した新規加盟店を開拓するとともに、Squareのグローバルチームと協力して幅広いプロジェクトに取り組んでいただきます。日本のSquare加盟店候補との最初の接点となることが多いため、その多様なニーズを理解し共感したうえで、Squareが最適なかたちで支援できる方法を見きわめることに注力します。Square製品のエコシステムのエキスパートとなり、アカウントエグゼクティブチームに引き継ぐため、適格な商談を文書化し、追跡します。データに基づいたアウトバウンド型のセールス手法を用い、複数のチャネル(ソーシャルメディア、メール、電話など)を通じて日本の加盟店候補に日々アプローチします。
