As a Recruiting Programs Specialist, you'll sit at the intersection of recruiting operations and coordination — supporting both the systems that keep our hiring engine running and the human moments that define a candidate’s experience. A large part of your work will focus on managing complex interview scheduling across time zones, ensuring every candidate has a smooth and positive experience. You'll also collaborate with Talent, HR partners, and cross-functional teams to streamline processes, maintain compliance, and drive improvements that shape the future of our organization. You will report directly into the Global Head of Recruiting Operations.
Your Impact:
In this role, you'll be responsible for data integrity, process improvement, and tool optimization across our recruiting tech stack while also coordinating interviews, ensuring a seamless and equitable experience for every candidate. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, global environments and enjoys switching between detail-oriented execution and strategic thinking.
