We're hiring a Head of Product, Square Credit Cards to build the next generation of business credit, that doesn't just serve small businesses, but actually understands them.
This is not a "manage the roadmap" role. This is a “build the future” role.
You'll define the vision. You'll set the strategy. You'll build the team. And you'll own the outcomes - from activation and spend to loss rates and contribution margin. This is a high impact, high ownership, high visibility leadership role for one of the most important product bets Square is making.

Block takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into one of four zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
