Yes. Block primarily operates on a PO-based invoicing model. Most invoices must be submitted against an approved PO in Zip. If you believe your invoice should be submitted without a PO, contact Block support before submitting.

In Zip, open the PO and follow the invoice submission flow.

Confirm the PO is accessible and that you're using the correct supplier account. If the option is still missing, contact Block support.

Check file type/size and retry; if it persists, contact Block support and include the error message.

After submission, you should see your invoice in Zip with a status (Status terms are defined by Zip and may change as the invoice is processed). If you don't see it, wait a few minutes and refresh; if it still doesn't appear, contact Block support.
