The MDI Keeper’s Fund, L.P. is a national MDI Capital Fund that intends to make investments in MDIs that primarily lend or facilitate lending to small businesses in low- and moderate-income areas or to low- and moderate-income individuals to promote community development, generate job growth, and stimulate economic development. With community development as a primary purpose, the Fund will invest in MDIs that primarily serve low- and middle-income (LMI) areas. The investments are intended to provide MDIs with the capital many require to grow and to achieve higher levels of profitability.
